Privacy and cookie policy

How we handle the data you send through the website and how we use cookies, under Brazil’s LGPD.

Data controller

What we collect

  • Quote and contact requests: name, company, email, phone, service of interest and message.
  • Visit source: landing page, referring site and campaign parameters (UTM). They stay in your browser and are only sent with the form, if you submit it.
  • Browsing: pages visited and technical access data, in aggregate, only if you accept measurement cookies.

How we use it

  • To answer your quote or contact request and prepare proposals.
  • To understand how the website is used and improve it, if you accept measurement cookies.
  • To measure and target ads on Google and Meta, if you accept marketing cookies.

The legal bases are pre-contractual steps at your request (LGPD art. 7, V) and consent for measurement and marketing cookies (art. 7, I).

Cookies

  • Necessary: store your cookie choice and protect the form against spam (Cloudflare Turnstile). They cannot be turned off.
  • Measurement: Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager. Only enabled if you accept.
  • Marketing: Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Only enabled if you accept.

You can change your choice at any time through the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer of every page. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures visits without cookies and without identifying visitors.

Who we share it with

Data is processed by providers that run the website on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting and anti-spam), Resend (form emails), Google and Meta (only with your consent). These services may store data outside Brazil, with the safeguards required by the LGPD. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Quote requests are kept while there is a business relationship or for the period required by law. Measurement data follows the retention settings in Google Analytics.

Your rights

You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent (LGPD art. 18). Just write to contato@tramoengenharia.com.br. You may also file a complaint with Brazil’s data protection authority (ANPD).
